These terms govern your use of the Wayward website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
The site is operated by Wayward Golf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Flat 1, 1 Larden Road, London, United Kingdom, W3 7ST. Company registration number: 15171980.

Using this website
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not misuse it — which includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access at any time.
Your account
When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know immediately at support@waywardgolf.com.
You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and clicking checkout is an offer to purchase — not a confirmed order. Your order is only accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. That's when the contract between us is formed.
We take payment at the point of checkout. If we're unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. If you're purchasing from outside the UK, your card provider may apply currency conversion fees — that's between you and them.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a system issue, we're not obliged to honour it. We'll contact you before proceeding and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched by contacting us at support@waywardgolf.com. Once dispatched, your rights are covered under our Returns Policy.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- We don't have sufficient stock to fulfil it
- We identify a pricing error
- We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent
If we cancel your order, we'll tell you why and refund you in full within 5–7 business days.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes, costs and carrier information are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. We'll do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, but they're estimates — not guarantees. We're not liable for delays once an order is in the hands of a carrier.
Returns and refunds
Our returns and refund terms are set out in full in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including brand name, logo, photography, copy and design — belongs to Wayward Golf Ltd or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission.
Liability
We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any order placed through it. Our liability to you will not exceed the value of the goods you purchased.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Ambassador programme
If you participate in the Wayward ambassador programme, your participation is governed by the terms set out in your ambassador agreement. Key points:
- Commission rates, payment schedules and eligibility criteria are set out in your individual agreement and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Commission is earned on completed, non-returned orders. Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded.
- Commission is your responsibility to declare for tax purposes.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate ambassador status at any time for breach of these terms, conduct that is inconsistent with the Wayward brand, or any activity we reasonably consider harmful to the business.
Full ambassador terms will be provided separately upon joining the programme.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to external websites. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Clicking through is at your own discretion.
Events beyond our control
We're not in breach of these terms if we're unable to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, supply chain disruption or carrier failure. We'll notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work to resolve the situation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
