UK delivery

Orders are dispatched on weekdays only. We don't dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
To qualify for Next Day delivery, your order must be placed before 12:00pm on a weekday. Orders placed after that time — or over the weekend — will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received dispatch confirmation within 48 hours of your order, get in touch at support@waywardgolf.com.
International delivery

International orders are fully tracked. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local customs processing times.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We'd recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Delivery timeframes
All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of our carrier. We're not liable for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather or any circumstances beyond our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If something's wrong, contact us at support@waywardgolf.com and we'll look into it.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a card or notification with next steps. It's your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot within the carrier's stated timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as we can.
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing's arrived, contact us at support@waywardgolf.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
