Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to get the item back to us.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags won't be accepted.


How to start a return

Head to our returns portal and follow the steps. You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once submitted, we'll send you instructions on where to send it.


Return shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We'd recommend using a tracked service — we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If you received a faulty item or we sent the wrong thing, we'll cover the cost of getting it back to us. More on that below.


Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Select "exchange" in the returns portal and we'll arrange a replacement once the original item reaches us. Subject to availability.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Sale items

Items bought during sales or promotional periods are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.


Faulty or incorrect items

If something's wrong with your order when it arrives, get in touch at support@waywardgolf.com and we'll sort it. We'll cover return shipping and prioritise a replacement or refund.


International orders

The same return conditions apply to international orders. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked service. Any customs fees or duties incurred on return shipments are not covered by Wayward.
